These Terms & Conditions explain how participation works, including eligibility, compensation, responsibilities, tracking, disclosures, and program rules.
By clicking “I Accept the Terms and Conditions,” submitting your application, or participating in the iHMG Growth Partner Program, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to follow this Agreement, along with iHustle Media Group LLC’s Terms of Service and any related policies unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
SECTION 1 — Parties
This Agreement is between iHustle Media Group LLC referred to as “iHMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” and you, the approved Growth Partner, referred to as “you,” “your,” or “Growth Partner.”
Together, iHMG and the Growth Partner may be referred to as the “Parties.”
SECTION 2 — Applying To The iHMG Growth Partner Program
To apply for the iHMG Growth Partner Program, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
Approval is not guaranteed. iHMG reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any Growth Partner at our sole discretion.
We may revoke Growth Partner status at any time if we determine that program rules have been violated, the partnership is being misrepresented, or continued participation is not in alignment with iHMG’s brand, values, or business interests.
SECTION 3 — Communication Consent
By applying for or participating in the iHMG Growth Partner Program, you agree that iHMG may contact you regarding your Growth Partner account, referral activity, program updates, commissions, resources, and related opportunities.
Communication may occur by email, phone, text message, CRM messaging, automated systems, or other business communication tools.
You may withdraw communication consent in writing; however, doing so may limit our ability to administer your Growth Partner account or provide program support.
SECTION 4 — Growth Partner Referral Compensation
4.1 Approved Referral Tracking
Approved Growth Partners may receive a unique referral link, tracking link, partner code, or other approved referral method.
Referral credit may be tracked through:
- Approved tracking links
- Partner referral forms
- CRM attribution
- Manual approval by iHMG
- Direct introductions confirmed by iHMG
- Other approved referral tracking methods
iHMG reserves the right to determine final referral attribution.
4.2 Cookie Duration
Unless otherwise stated in writing, approved tracking links may use a 30-day cookie duration.
If multiple Growth Partners refer the same prospect, iHMG may use the most recent valid referral source, CRM record, or other internal attribution method to determine commission eligibility.
iHMG reserves the right to make final attribution decisions in cases of dispute, duplicate referrals, unclear tracking, or manual introductions.
4.3 Commission Structure
Approved Growth Partners may earn referral compensation on eligible iHMG services, setup fees, and subscription payments.
The standard Growth Partner commission structure is:
- 30% commission on eligible setup fees during the customer’s first year with iHMG.
- 30% commission on eligible subscription payments during the customer’s first year with iHMG.
- After the customer’s first 12 months, commission adjusts to 15% for the remainder of the customer’s relationship with iHMG, provided the Growth Partner remains in good standing.
This structure applies only to eligible iHMG offers and services approved for the Growth Partner Program.
iHMG reserves the right to exclude certain offers, discounted services, special promotions, one-time projects, low-margin services, third-party costs, pass-through expenses, software fees, ad spend, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other non-commissionable items.
4.4 Eligible Customer Relationship Period
The first-year commission period begins when the referred customer makes their first eligible payment to iHMG.
After the first 12 months of the customer relationship, eligible commissions automatically adjust from 30% to 15%.
The 15% ongoing commission may continue for the remainder of the customer’s active relationship with iHMG, as long as:
- The customer remains in good standing
- The Growth Partner remains in good standing
- The referred account continues to pay for commissionable iHMG services
- The referral was properly tracked or approved
- No program violations have occurred

- The referral is confirmed as valid by iHMG
- The Growth Partner remains in good standing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions are subject to a 45-day validation period before becoming eligible for payout.
4.6 Payout Terms
Growth Partner payouts are issued monthly, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The standard minimum payout threshold is $30 USD.
Payments may be issued through PayPal, direct deposit, payment processor, or another approved payout method determined by iHMG.
Processing fees, transfer fees, or payment platform fees may apply and may be deducted from the payout amount.
If a Growth Partner’s unpaid commission balance does not reach the minimum payout threshold within 120 days, iHMG reserves the right to expire or adjust the unpaid balance.
4.7 Refunds, Chargebacks, Cancellations, And Reversals
If a referred customer cancels, receives a refund, disputes a charge, fails to pay, or otherwise has a payment reversed, any related commission may be voided, reversed, withheld, or deducted from future payouts.
iHMG may adjust future Growth Partner payouts to account for refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, billing disputes, or customer account corrections.
Fraudulent referrals, misleading referrals, self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, policy-violating referrals, or referrals generated through prohibited conduct are not commissionable.
