iHustle Media Group LLC Affiliate Program

iHustle Media Group LLC may offer you the opportunity to participate in its Affiliate Program as an independent affiliate (“Affiliate”). As an Affiliate, you may earn commissions by referring customers to iHustle Media Group LLC using approved tracking links. This Affiliate Agreement explains how participation works, including eligibility, compensation, responsibilities, and program rules. By clicking “I Accept the Terms and Conditions” and submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to follow this Agreement, along with iHustle Media Group LLC’s Terms of Service and any related policies unless stated otherwise in writing.

SECTION 1 — Parties

This agreement is between iHustle Media Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the Affiliate (“you”).

Together, we are referred to as the “Parties.”

SECTION 2 — Applying to the Affiliate Program

To apply, you must provide truthful and accurate information.

We decide — at our sole discretion — who is approved. Approval is not guaranteed.

We may revoke affiliate status at any time if program rules are violated.

SECTION 3 — Communication Consent

You agree that we may contact you about your affiliate account via email, phone, or automated messaging systems.

You may withdraw consent in writing.

SECTION 4 — Affiliate Compensation

Tracking & Cookie Policy

When approved, you receive a unique affiliate link used to track referrals.

- Cookie duration: 30 days

- The most recent valid affiliate link determines commission credit

Commission Structure

You earn:

30% commission on:

- one-time product purchases

- recurring subscription payments

A commission is considered earned when:

- payment is successfully received by iHustle Media Group LLC

- the customer account remains in good standing for 45 days

Payout Terms

- Minimum payout threshold: $30 USD

- Payments are issued monthly via PayPal

- Processing fees may apply

If your unpaid balance does not reach $30 within 120 days, it may expire.

Refunds & Chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or reversed:

- the commission becomes invalid

- future payouts may be adjusted

Fraudulent or policy-violating referrals void commissions.

Self-Referrals & Incentives

You may NOT:

- earn commission on your own purchases

- open fake or duplicate accounts

- offer cash or monetary incentives unless approved in writing

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We may request tax documentation when required.

SECTION 5 — Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote iHustle Media Group LLC honestly and legally.

You must:

- comply with advertising laws

- disclose affiliate relationships

- avoid misleading claims

You may NOT:

- guarantee income or earnings

- present iHustle Media Group LLC as a franchise or business opportunity

- impersonate iHustle Media Group LLC

- spam or engage in deceptive marketing

We may review your promotional activity at any time.

SECTION 6 — Disclosure Requirement

Whenever promoting iHustle Media Group LLC, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, for example:

“I may receive compensation for referrals.”

This disclosure must be visible and not hidden.

SECTION 7 — Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and materials remain the property of iHustle Media Group LLC.

You may only use approved materials. Unauthorized use may result in termination.

SECTION 8 — Advertising Restrictions

You may not:

- misrepresent iHustle Media Group LLC

- copy or impersonate our website

- manipulate tracking cookies

- bid on our trademarks in paid ads without permission

- send spam

- advertise alongside harmful or illegal content

Violations may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.

SECTION 9 — Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees or agents.

You cannot legally bind or represent iHustle Media Group LLC.

SECTION 10 — No Income Guarantees

We do not promise or guarantee income or business success.

This affiliate program is not a franchise or business opportunity.

SECTION 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iHustle Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from affiliate participation.

Total liability, if any, is limited to recent commissions paid.

SECTION 12 — Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Indiana law.

Class or collective claims are waived.

Either party may seek court action only for urgent injunctive relief.

SECTION 13 — Term & Termination

This agreement begins when you join the affiliate program.

Either party may terminate at any time.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Certain protections survive termination.

SECTION 14 — Indemnification

You agree to protect iHustle Media Group LLC from claims arising from:

- your marketing actions

- legal violations

- misuse of affiliate materials

SECTION 15 — Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, emergencies, or system failures.

SECTION 16 — Complaints

If you receive complaints related to promotions, notify us within 24 hours:

SECTION 17 — Agreement Changes

We may update this agreement at any time.

Continued participation means acceptance of updates.

SECTION 18 — Entire Agreement

This agreement governs your affiliate participation and replaces prior discussions.

Appendix A — Advertising Rules

1. Legal Compliance

You must follow all advertising laws, including FTC guidelines and email regulations.

2. Disclosure

When promoting iHustle Media Group LLC, clearly state:

“I receive referral compensation from iHustle Media Group LLC.”

This must be visible and obvious.

3. Social Media Rules

Affiliate posts must:

- clearly include disclosure (#ad or equivalent)

- follow platform rules

4. Income Claims

You may NOT promise earnings.

If sharing personal results, include:

“These were my results. Yours may differ. No income is guaranteed.”

5. PPC Restrictions

Without written permission, you may not:

- bid on iHustle Media Group LLC trademarks

- impersonate brand terms

- direct-link PPC ads

Violations may void commissions.

6. General Conduct

You may not:

- spam

- manipulate tracking

- impersonate brand assets

- advertise in harmful environments

7. Trademark Use

You receive limited permission to use iHustle Media Group LLC branding only as approved.

All intellectual property remains ours.
