Inside The Hustle Podcast – Guest Terms & Agreement

These Guest Terms & Agreement explain the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for appearing on the Inside The Hustle podcast, produced by iHustle Media Group LLC (“iHMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting the guest application form or participating in a recording, you (“Guest”) agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with participation.

1. Ownership of Podcast Recordings

All recordings created during your appearance — including audio, video, transcripts, edited versions, clips, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of iHustle Media Group LLC.

You retain ownership of your personal identity, likeness, and original ideas, but you grant iHMG full ownership and control over the recorded production and all derivative content.

This allows us to edit, publish, distribute, and monetize the episode as part of the Inside The Hustle podcast.

2. Media Release & Usage Rights

You grant iHustle Media Group LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

- record your appearance

- edit or remix content

- publish across podcast platforms, video platforms, and social media

- use your name, voice, image, bio, and likeness for promotion

- create clips or highlight content

- monetize episodes through ads, sponsorships, or partnerships

- repurpose recordings for educational or commercial use

These rights are necessary to operate and promote the podcast.

3. Raw Footage & Recording Access

Raw or unedited recordings are considered proprietary editorial material.

Guests are not automatically entitled to receive raw footage. Requests may be considered at our discretion.

If provided, raw content is for personal reference only and may not be distributed or commercially used without written permission.

4. Guest Sharing & Distribution Guidelines

We encourage guests to promote their episode using approved materials.

Guests may:

- share official episode links

- post branded clips provided by iHMG

- reference their appearance with attribution

Guests may not publish raw recordings, altered edits, or unapproved excerpts.

This ensures consistent branding and protects the integrity of the content.

5. Branded Clips & Promotional Materials

iHMG may produce branded clips or promotional assets from episodes.

These materials remain the property of iHustle Media Group LLC. Guests may share provided assets with attribution and links back to the official episode.

Additional content packages may be offered separately.

6. Guest Responsibilities

You confirm that:

- information shared is truthful

- you have the right to discuss your experiences

- you will not disclose confidential or protected information

- your participation does not violate existing agreements

- you will not make defamatory or unlawful statements

- materials you provide are authorized for use

You remain responsible for your statements.

7. Editorial Control

iHMG maintains full editorial discretion.

We may edit recordings for clarity, length, tone, or format. Guests do not have approval rights over final edits.

We reserve the right not to publish any episode.

8. Promotion of Guest Offerings

Guests may discuss their products or services during recording.

However:

- promotional content is subject to editorial standards

- claims must be accurate and lawful

- iHMG is not responsible for fulfillment or outcomes

9. No Compensation

Podcast appearances are voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation is intended for exposure, audience engagement, and professional visibility.

10. Informational Disclaimer

Podcast content is educational and informational only.

Nothing shared should be interpreted as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Listeners and guests are responsible for their own decisions.

11. Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify iHustle Media Group LLC against claims arising from:

- your statements or provided materials

- violations of these terms

- third-party rights issues

iHMG is not liable for consequences resulting from your participation.

12. Scheduling, Cancellation & Recording Changes

Either party may reschedule with reasonable notice.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future participation.

iHMG may cancel recordings at its discretion.

13. Confidentiality

Pre-recording discussions and unreleased materials should be treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms as needed.

Continued participation indicates acceptance of changes.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Missouri law.

Disputes will be resolved in St. Louis County courts.
